Dr. Gary J. Harloff, Ph.D., founder of Harloff Capital Management, worked at NASA for ten years in aeronautical propulsion research and computer modeling. His stock market research began in 1970 when he began applying advanced mathematics and anlytics to the markets. Since then he has developed proprietary investment strategies and technological models that continuously assess market conditions. Dr. Harloff earned his Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degress in aerospace engineering.
